"Good communication, but delivery needs work"
The company had solid communication. However, the delivery service left a bit to be desired. It took almost a week for the courier to get the package to us, which was way longer than we needed the wine for.

"Outstanding service experience"
I gotta say, the service was top-notch. This was my first go at natural wine, and to be honest, it just ain't my thing. The wines arrived super fast, so no issues there with Libation. What a bummer, though. I was really hoping to enjoy them.

"Interested in natural and orange varieties..."
I was intrigued by the natural and orange wine options. Picked up three bottles (one of each, even a red :)), and I was really pleased. Definitely worth a purchase, whether you're just starting out or already a wine expert. It's a nice little business to keep in mind.

I really can’t give it a higher score. The wine showed up right on schedule, and the quality was just amazing. If you haven't experienced natural wine yet, you ought to check it out and place an order with Libation.

"Definitely a great choice"
I bought 2 selected gift packs for the holidays. It was a last-minute order, and they arrived at my place right on schedule. The support team was super helpful and quick to respond. Everyone in the family enjoyed the curated selection I brought home. I would totally suggest this!
